Loco, muevan un poco hagan más hilos interesantes, extraño como este borda se movía por allá en el 2014 tiremos temas para hablar y de interés, por ejemplo:
Según ustedes, cuál sería el mejor corte de carne?
Puede ser por el motivo que sea, relación calorías-proteínas, gusto y sabor, combinaciones en muchos platos, etc.
Yo personalmente amo el pechito de cerdo al horno o a la parrilla, tiene la cantidad de grasa que me gusta, lo podés preparar de todas las formas que se te cante (Adozado, marinado, con un poco de mostaza y miel por encima, así nomás) y siempre queda bien. Otro favorito mío es la pierna de cordero pero esa toma como 12 horas prepararla
Y vos chori, que carne te gusta? (Se valen pescados también)
