Al ver videos sobre ejercicios y la correcta manera de ejecutarlos para evitar lesiones, me doy cuenta que en las clases de "educación física" o "gimnasia" que tuve en el colegio, en realidad nunca nos enseñaron un carajo de nada. "Hagan flexiones", nos decían, pero jamás nos dieron la más mínima indicación de los músculos comprometidos en esa acción o de sus beneficios. "Hagan abdominales", y recién ahora me doy cuenta que la mayoría lo hacía mal, con el consecuente peligro de generar a través del tiempo algún tipo de daño.
La mayoría de las veces la hora de gimnasia era para jugar a la pelota.
Que bueno, interesante y beneficioso sería para los jóvenes que ya de chicos les expliquen cómo corren las fibras musculares, la manera de ejercitarlos y como seguir una dieta sana y equilibrada para mantenerse en forma…y saludables.
Algo para tener en cuenta.

No tengo idea, pero esa carrera la hace mucha gente que quiere vivir semi-facil y decir que laburan. O sea, rompen los huevos los gordos programadores, pero el profesor de educacion fisica es literalmente no hacer nada, razcarse los huevos y hacer lo que quieras y te pagan.
Lo digo por experiencia porque mi tio es un gordo lechon que es profesor de educacion fisica, lleva a los pibes del secundario a un polideportivo y les dice que corran por la cancha y despues se pongan a "practicar volley", el se va al auto a dormir la siesta y vuelve cuando esta por terminar la clase, o sino se pone a pelotudear con los jueguitos del celular, etc. igual ya se jubila el gordo sorete.

Y, yo por suerte tenía un profe copado que nos explicaba como hacer las cosas bien. Ahora que nos pueda a ver a todos haciendo las flexiones o abdominales a la perfección era díficil, pero nos dijo que no hagamos los abdominales "normales" porque esos te hacen mierda, nos explicó a full como hacer buen cardio y todo, fue 1 en 1 millón

Yo tuve un viejo que nos mandaba a practicar handball como mogólicos, no explicaba una chota, se metia en el cuartito donde estaban las pelotas y se ponia a tomar mate, y salia de vez en cuando si alguien se estaba razcando los huevos. Muchas veces nos fuimos de la clase y ni se entero el pelotudo, dabamos el presente, se metia en el cuartito y saliamos corriendo… nunca se dio cuenta.
