El diseño es usabilidad. No lo subestimes.
Un par de cosas, pone más espacio entre las respuestas, el archivo sipongo que es opcional, lo pones poner debajo de la caja de
comentario. La otra cosa es que te sobran quilotones de espacio abajo a la izquierda, podrías poner la sección del formulario de comentario en ese lugar, para que no quede todo apretado, podes ocultarla con un botón que diga "Comentar" podes hacer eso con puro CSS.

No. Voxed es un asco porque tenés que complear captchas todo el tiempo y encima esperar una hora que no tiene ningún sentido hacer eso, como máximo yo pondría 10 minutos.
