В процессе припоминания сна главное – не напрягаться. От всякого произвольного усилия сюжет сна только стремительней убегает от тебя. Поэтому ничего удивительного: либо ты сразу записываешь, не сходив умыться, либо, если повезет, вспомнишь к вечеру или к следующему утру, записывая уже другой актуальный сон (или вообще спустя месяц). Если заниматься записыванием регулярно, то удивишься тому, сколько снов тебе когда-то снилось. Так всегда.
Но когда уже достаточно развилась память на сны, иногда бывает трудно отличить настоящие воспоминания от сновиденных.
Я постоянно говорю о снах. Единственная стезя, где у меня хоть что-то получается. Наверное, всем уже надоело. Особенно тебе.

Кроме записывания стоит начать картографировать сны. Я как-то, плывя по течению снов в полудреме, переходил от одного сна к другому, вспомнил так несколько штук. После этого и осознал важность карты, между многими локациями есть связь, и дело не только в ассоциациях. В который раз об это говорю, и никак не начну. Надо будет заняться и хотя бы на пк начать зарисовывать локации.

Очень часто оказывается, что места, казалось бы, не связанных по сюжету сновидений – происходят в одних и тех же местах или рядом.
Таким образом, если нарисовать карт 30, ты попросту сможешь обрисовать пространство всех своих снов. А если еще и сюжет брать в расчет, будет очень легко проводить между изначально несвязанными между собой сюжетами параллели.

Но почему страшно? Когда я все это писал в прошлом треде, то был под впечатлением негативной составляющей того, что происходило. А сейчас чувствую лишь приятность от некоторого обновления или роста.
Здорово функционирующего социального винтика из меня все равно не выйдет, поэтому случишь что угодно "страшное" (по меркам стремящегося к чему-то индивида) для меня это будет логическим завершением нелепого существования. Просто посмотри на это с другой стороны. Если ты читаешь про шизофрению, то должен был понять, что каждый острый припадок примерно на 20-30% уменьшает последующее качество жизни, снижает интеллект и уменьшает шансы выздоровления/ремиссии. То есть нужно примерно 3-4 припадка, чтобы стать овощем. А если начать лечить сразу, пока не было серьезного обострения, тогда можно всю жизнь жить довольно нормально, не испытывая сильного дискомфорта.

Я разве что снежные пещеры строить пытался. Одну такую построили вдвоем с другом в расщелине, рассекающей достаточно большую снежную гору. Почему-то не могли часто туда ходить, только раз-два в неделю, зато замечали, что крепость достраивали и улучшали другие дети. Лолец, какие тянки сегодня "голодные". Я по рабочему вопросу установил сегодня вайбер, оказывается в нем другим приходит уведомление, если я есть в чужой телефонной книге и только подключился. Мне за два часа две знакомые тянки из прошлой жизни прислали смайлики, типа приглашение пообщаться. Первой я, из вежливости, еще отправил стикер цветочек в ответ, типа с 8 марта поздравил и сразу убил приложение вайбер через диспетчер задач и отключил вайфай. Прихожу сейчас домой и в панеле уведомлений появляется смайлик от второй, которая отправила его, когда я уже не был в сети. Так как уже поздно, думаю нормально будет не отвечать. Нашел автозапуск приложений в андроиде и вырубил вайбер нахуй, чтобы он больше не показывал, что я его открываю и появляюсь в сети. Может у них депрессняк в этот день и жесткая потребность в мужском внимании? На улице и в супермаркетах вчера, когда ходил за покупками, тоже ловил пристальные тянские взгляды, но не придал особого значения. Теперь все сошлось кучу, это прямо какой-то день одиноких паучих, активно завлекающих в свои сети.

Я уже оделся, даже вышел в подъезд. И тут меня ударила паническая атака, в глазах потемнело. Вот я убежал домой обратно.
Лучше бы еще одну попытку сделал. Вместо этого объявился интернет-друг (знакомы 6 лет, последние 2 года общаемся раз в полгода). Пошли с ним в Скайп, где он 3 часа рассказывал мне про своих девиц. А я молчали изредка пытался вставить комментарий, на которй даже не обращали внимания. И зачем я только терплю это? В то время, как его совсем не интересует то, что говорю я, если это не касается его личности. Отвечаю ему только потому, что в юности, когда обоим было хреново и проблем с родителями одинаковые, он меня поддерживал, в игры играли. А теперь ему иначе, теперь это совсем не тот человек. Пора бы уже закончить это.

Зависит от освещения скорее, когда темно больше темно-зеленые, на свету скорее серо-карие. Я где-то вычитал, что такие называются серо-зелено-карие.
Я не знаю, какие бывают носы, но кажется у меня есть маленькая горбинка. А еще слегка искривлена перегородка, в апреле лягу в больницу на неделю делать операцию по исправлению.
Они темные-коричневые, почти черные. Летом еще одна прядь на челке выцветает так, будто бы я сделал мелирование. Меня еще в парикмахерских часто спрашивают в конце лета, не делал ли я мелирование, а это у них просто цвет такой.

У моей девушки очень больные сосуды на ногах. Уже перенесла множество операций, ноги пока на месте, но врачи сказали, что бы она готовила себя к жизни в инвалидной коляске. У меня прямые. И если даже попытаться как-то их уложить с помощью фена, то через 30 минут они снова выпрямляются.
А та прическа, видимо, требует не просто стрижки, а такой, чтобы пряди были разной длинны. Хотя структуру волос все равно не изменить, а они у меня тяжелые и толстые.
В общем, не так уж и нужно, чтобы столько усилий прикладывать.

Съел шоколадный батончик часа 2 назад из-за ощущения нехватки сахара (глюкозы). Такое неприятное чувство резкого перепада температуры или, скорее, иллюзии перепада, а так же очень туго соображать начинаешь, знобит слегка. Гипогликемией называют, кажется.
А все из-за чтения. И, казалось бы, никакой сложной информации, никаких вычислений, для того, чтоб мозг напрягся. А все равно что-то там шевелиться и жрет всю энергию.
Остается только пойти и скушать чего-то сладкого снова или хлеба с сыром. Иначе придется накладывать целую порцию "нормальной еды", чтобы все пришло в норму, а мне пока не хочется ужинать.
И что с этим делать? Запасаться шоколадками, если планируешь весь день читать или еще как-нибудь активно работать мозгами? (Вспоминается "L" из "Тетради смерти"). Вроде как, не очень полезно.
В одной статье вот говорят: "Все, что содержит сахар или крахмал, вызывает старческое слабоумие (болезнь Альцгеймера), синдром дефицита внимания, тревожность, хронические головные боли, депрессию, сниженное либидо и импотенцию, эпилепсию и вообще почти все неврологические болезни".
Эх, придется полностью пересмотреть свой рацион, чтобы надолго хватало энергии. А еще изучить уже наконец более детально эту тему. Не по сомнительным статейкам, а по реальным исследованиям.
