У меня бомбит с этой картинки. Этот персонаж, я понимаю, задумывался как "крутой", но он не крутой. Это невероятно переигранно глупо. И ведь можно намереннно переборщить так что это явно и от этого смешно. Но в аниму это подается без самоиронии, абсолютно серьезно.
Иногда бывает самоироничная к себе анима и она хороша.

Этому персонажу пафос можно разрешить. Он прописан и харизматичен. Он личность.
Но очень часто в аниме нам суют в лицо куклу с другого цвета волосами и сисками и кукла сразу начинает выдавать пафос. Это дешево и оскорбительно для зрителя.

Не люблю аниму, она такая беснявая и шаблонная, что аж сил нет смотреть. Все эти кривляния нарисованных девочек, пафос/инфантилизм через край, хромающие сюжеты и высосанные из пальца драмы утомляют и вызывают раздражение.

Да, думаю это абсолютно нормально, если ты не говноед. Большинство аниме должно быть дропнуто. Эффект усиливается, если ты раздражён, в данный конкретный момент или просто в последнее время.
Хотел бы еще добавить, что люди, досмотревшие до конца много аниме, ну допустим 100+ (на самом деле хватит и меньшего количества тайтлов наверняка, но чтобы уж точно) - это сертифицированные поедатели кала. Ведь хороший, годный человек дропнет просто большинство из них. В мире даже не наберется возможно 100 хороших аниме, а если и технически наберется, то вероятность, что вы посмотрите именно тот стольник - ну сами понимаете. Её нет.
