А я вообще мясоед. Но больше люблю птицу и рыбу. Сасиськи а калбаски тоже заебись, но такое я беру редко. Килло рыбы или филе индюшки стоит как килло более-менее нормальной колбасы и я все-равно не уверен что там за мясо и есть ли оно в ней.

Не пью второй день. Вчера вышел похмелиться и что-то так тошно стало, когда представил себе что выпью… Не стал пить и просто прогулялся, выкурив сигаретку. Сегодня вечером тоже не пил, пошел в быстром темпе гулять под снегом в морозец, выбрав маршрут так, чтобы зайти в пару двориков повисеть на турничках. Теперь прямо легче дышится. Не вижу ничего что в моем посте отрицает возможность депрессии у подростков. Если ты имеешь ввиду, что причина депрессии заключается не в этом конкретном возрасте, так я с этим согласен.
Я говорил о том, что 20 лет это еще не тот возраст, когда личность человека окончательно сформировалась. Скорее-всего, еще произойдет значительная переоценка ценностей, восприятия себя и окружающего мира. Не обязательно в лучшую сторону. Но вероятно и в лучшую. Если сознательно пытаться направить этот процесс в нужное русло, можно в итоге прийти к какому-то миру с собой, компромиссу с окружающей действительностью и более-менее комфортному существованию.

Не знаю что там было, но у меня иногда бывает, что я засыпая чувствую как-будто резко споткнулся и лечу на землю. Тогда я весь дергаюсь собираясь к падению и чувствую прилив адреналина.
Еще меня раньше - в подростковом и раннем студенческом возрасте, когда расслаблялся, иногда передергивало, как-будто от удара током. Сейчас это уже практически прекратилось. Скорее-всего это связанно с диагностированной у меня лет в 10 на энцефалограмме предсудорожной готовностью мозга. Говорили даже, что может развиться эпилепсия, но как-то пронесло.

Только перед сном бывает, не как при падении во сне, но тоже неприятно, будто один короткий, но сильный разряд по нервам проходит. А нервные тики так куда более частое явление, и не только под глазом. Где-нибудь на бедрах, ягодицах, спине, руках - такие продолжительные быстрые подергивания, обычно тоже перед сном. От сильных нервов только лицо дергается. Подергивания от сильного расслабления больше похожи на слабые разряды, чем на нервные тики. Наверное, в первом случае это нервы, во втором - мышцы, не знаю.

Я пару часов назад гулял полтора часика в супермаркет и обратно. У нас морозец, когда выходил было -8 и ветер со снегом лепившим в глаза, а когда возвращался было -10, но без ветра и с совсем мелким снежком - показалось что стало теплее. Думаю стеклянные баночки не надо кидать в мусор. Перерабатывать их никто не будет, а вес стеклянной баночки увеличит вес груза в мусорной машине и соответственно расход топлива. Давно все стерлось, а пендусы ходят туда лутать камушки и возможно барыжить.
Смотрел по ббс когда то передачу о коллекционерах стеклянных шариков. Вот так тупость! Существуют магазины, где выставлены тысячи стеклянных шариков одинакового размера и разных цветов. Туда приходт пендусы и скупают шарики для коллекций. Дома у них тоже тысячи их.
А тупость в том, что ничего за этими шариками нет, их производят исключительно для того чтобы эти дурачки собирали их у себя дома тысячами.
В монетках марках и открытках есть смысл, они что то собой олицетворяют, у них есть душа, а это бездушная тупость. Ладно бы они сами их выплавляли как ломоносов в лабораториях, но они только скупают их!

Мне сложно об этом пока говорить. Я ничего не употреблял тогда. Началось все с привычного уже приступа печали, у меня до этого часто такое бывало уже год где-то или больше.
А потом мозги поплыли окончательно и я будто вылетел в другой пласт реальности, где даже время шло по-другому. И от мыслей вообще никак нельзя было спрятаться/отвлечься. И вот я сидел, залипал в них, не двигаясь, посматривал на часы периодически и понимал, что должно было пройти всего минут 15, а проходило 4-5 часов. И всплывали образы из снов. То есть, такое состояние, когда пойти реальность, но не совсем и почти сон, но не совсем сон и даже не ОС.
И я разговаривал со всякими архетипами из моей головы, проблемы стали личностями, как и страхи.
А если о физических ощущениях: горело левое полушарие, левое ухо казалось огромным. Под конец часа 4 держали панические атаки. А когда пытался уснуть (до этого 2,5 дня не спал), то просто не мог. Как только проваливался в сон, мое тело будило меня (веки сами поднимались спустя минуту или дергались конечности). У меня было четкое ощущение чего-то демонического в доме и в теле.
И комната не была похожа на мою реальную. Она была такой же, но что-то было не так. И эта подмена в мелком, которое нельзя вычислить наглядно, а лишь почувствовать, пугало.
Я вспомнил все, что знал. Всех людей.
Немного стыдно даже об этом писать, потому что такой опыт не уместить словами и даже не хочется лишнего болтать.

Уже было начал смиряться с тем, что поехал окончательно и меня отсюда увезут в дурку, если я свяжусь с кем-то.
А еще мыслей о будущем вообще не было. Будто блок какой-то стоял и я физически не мог представить будущее. Было только прошлое и теперешнее странное течение времени. Но сейчас мне почти нормально. Многие вещи по-другому уже воспринимаются. Я изменился.

Я слышал такие интересные слова от ютубо личностей. Трудно найти 5 друзей для игр. Это при том какая у этих людей аудитория. Допустим 5000 человек. Из 5000 человек ты не найдешь друзей даже когда они тебя 'видят'! Страшновато. И только те же люди с сотней тысяч таких людей могут находить.

На самом деле не так уж и запросто. Обычно, люди, которые кажутся приличными, таковыми и являются. Потому что озлобленные дураки теряют чувство того, что хорошо, а что плохо для других людей. Они себя очень быстро выдают, буквально с первого впечатления. Есть, конечно, те кто успешно мимикрируют, но таких немного.
Вообще это давно описанная тема психологии о том что негативные эмоции порождают новые негативные эмоции. Субъект, привыкший развлекаться причиняя боль другим, издеваясь над кем-то или ругаясь, в конечном итоге, разучивается получать удовольствие от обычных человеческих эмоций и замыкается в своем деструктивном мирке. Через некоторое время он уже даже перестает понимать, что делает не так и почему вызывает у других отвращение. Даже если он попытается казаться нормальным, это будет выглядеть неестественно и подозрительно. Как только он немного расслабится или сработает какой-либо триггер, он автоматически начнет вести себя привычным паскудным образом, как те кто пристрастились грызть ногти начинают это делать даже не сознавая своего поведения.

Я только что сидел у открытого окна. Сидел на полу, поэтому видно было только кусочек неба и колыхающейся от ветра шторки.

Но все было слишком реально. До того, что сейчас происходящее вполне могло бы быть ложным пробуждением. Либо я все еще во сне, либо я вообще отказываюсь жить в мире, где сон может быть реальнее действительности или действительность в равной степени может оказаться затянувшимся сном. Может у каждого по-своему. Но бесцельный быт затягивает, делает приземленней, убивает тонкое мышление и восприятие. Я называю это "оскотиниться". В отличии от многих, которые не знают к чему именно стремиться, не знают пути, не имеют стратегии и тактики, я четко знаю, что нужно делать. Более того, было время и я так жил. Я могу вспомнить чувство силы, торжества и успеха, пробегающее по телу как ток или нервный тик. Но тогда я не имел системы мировоззрения, опоры чтобы удержать достигнутое, не имел достаточной строгости к себе и навыка осознанного самоограничения. Поэтому все растратил в пустую. Но, я думаю, что смогу все вернуть. Только нужно найти на это силы, сравнимые с теми, которые нужны чтобы спрыгнуть с наркоты, например. Много сил и терпения, тяжелый труд над собой.

Сегодня убил свои любимые зимние полуботиночки, отломав крепление шнурков о бордюр. Правда им уже столько лет, что я и не сосчитаю, уже потерлась подошва и потерялся товарный вид. Я их давненько носил только на всякие рынки, пешие прогулки в плохую погоду или вечером и подобные места, где никто не будет особо смотреть на обувь и желательно надеть то что не жалко.
Но все же немного расстроился, потому что до тепла осталось совсем немного и нужно в чем-то, чего не жалко, доходить по самой мерзкой каше и грязи. Думаю зайду в сток, посмотрю что там есть. Зашел и почти сразу заметил, на женской полке (видимо потому их и не забрали до меня) классные кожаные левисы типа высокие кроссовки/ботинки, причем за смешную цену. Они чуть легче убитых мной ботинок, но на весну и осень самое оно. Вот так бывает невезение превращается в везение.

Я люблю "философствовать", но у меня плохо получается. Сразу в голове целый ком ассоциаций всплывает и не получается последовательно изложить мысли. Да и под конец уже совсем не помню с чего начинал. Как-то пытался голосом это делать, жалкое зрелище.
А еще не знаю с кем это делать, потому что часто хочется сослаться на какие-то труды, но если кто-то с ними не знаком, выходит так, что гружу человека лишними рекомендациями. А ходить на открытые обсуждения в кругу знатоков противно и как-то стыдно немного.

Масла с бульбика собираешь, лалка? Возьми просто соскреби чем-нибудь не острым, типа копейки, чтобы не курить пластмасу. Ну и спирт это классика, для того чтобы делать химку - растворишь все в нем, а потом частично выпаришь при не слишком высокой температуре и останутся ништяки, которые нужно собрать шприцем выдавить на крапаль травы, потом дать ей немного подсохнуть и курить. Мы так из галимки выжимали соки, хотя я не ебу сколько спирта нужно на сбор с бульбика масел и как хорошо они смываются. Спирит в любой аптеке продают. Не химик.

Я вчера перебухал - решили пожарить сардельки в гараже и под них как-то незаметно всосал литр вина. Там было прохладно из-за того что у нас была неделя морозов и помещение сильно остыло, хотя мы затащили мангал в гараж и он нагревался углями, плюс электрообогреватель. А может это из-за кальяна, мне всегда плоховато после того как курну кальян. И угли тоже кислород сжигали, хорошо что я недавно в новостях видел как пять таджиков задохнулось греясь ночью в вагончике костром в ведре и настоял чтобы приоткрыть дверь для проветривания. Но еще по дороге домой в машине меня начало укачивать, а когда приехал и зашел в квартиру стало жестко нагребать. Так что ни сидеть, ни лежать из-за вертолетов не мог. Пришлось идти окропляться холодной водой и пить крепучий кофий, только после этого немного отпустило.
