Из интересного, ел сегодня фасолевые котлеты. Мне дали на халяву почти полный боссовский пакет фасоли и нужно ее куда-то деть. А варенную и даже тушенную я ее не очень люблю, потому что она какая-то жестковатая. Зато если варенную фасоль перемолоть в мясорубке, смешать с яйцами, манкой, приправами и томатной пастой, а потом поджарить - выходят очень даже вкусные сочные каклетки.
