У меня серьезный вопрос к вам анончики - какой у вас браузер?
У меня стоит лиса 56, она перестала поддерживать сортировку по цене на одном сайте объявлений и часто просит обновления. Но на новый лис-хуянтум я не хочу переходить. Там не поддерживается старое расширение стилишь, в котором я использую стиль добавляющий полосу прокрутки для закладок и истории. Меня это убивает - почему разрабы их сами не сделали?? И еще он тоже не поддерживает сортировку на том сайте, лол - видно криворукие админы что-то там сломали. Вообще мне новая лиса не нравится. Если вы на лисе, то как обходитесь без полосы прокрутки в закладках, каждый раз открываете боковую панель?
Буду глобально перекатываться на пале мун, уже поставил и настроил свои расширения, теперь осталось перенести закладки и вбить пароли регестрации по всем сайтам.

Если заниматься легким весом на много повторений, тогда масса нарастать не будет, а прорабатываться будет только рельеф и выносливость. Чтобы нарастить большие мышцы, нужно брать максимальный вес, такой чтобы аж почти усираться и поднимать его 5-7 раз максимум, в один подход, с 3-4 подходами. В качалке тебе все это тренер объяснит.

Ты правильно понимаешь, но мне нужно чтобы сразу одним кликом под этим значком открывались столбиком закладки с полосой прокрутки, которой там изначально нет. И кнопка истории точно также должна работать. Вот как у меня в 56 лисе на скрине. Все, теперь я окончательно перекатился на Pale Moon - считайте это тот самый старый ламповый лис, но современный по движку и корректно работающий со всеми сайтами. Свистопердюльки квантума и отсутствие необходимых мне функций это полный фейл - похоже скоро он вообще мутирует в хром.
Еще пробовал k-meleon - вот где мечта пердолика, но я просто заебался в нем разбираться.

А вы слышали историю про рабочий поселок Курша-2? При Сталине там заготавливали лес и сам он находился в болотистой чащобе. Кругом там только лес и болота. Один раз рядом с поселком начался большой лесной пожар и сильный ветер гнал огонь на поселок, про это узнали машинисты поезда, ехавшего за лесом в этот поселок. Они хотели спасти людей, но начальство приказало загружать бревна. Железнодорожники загрузили дерево, как им приказали, а сверху посадили людей, чтобы спасти. Но когда они ехали оттуда загруженные деревья загорелись и люди зажарились на них как шашлыки. И сам поселок с тем кто остался тоже сгорел. Огонь несся по лесу со страшным ревом. И скорость его была такая, что убежать из леса в тот день мало кому удалось теперь это заброшенное место. В том пожаре погибло от 1200 до 3000 человек.
После катастрофы те места стали заброшенными. Туда сейчас практически никто не ходит. Говорят там очень плохо, чувствуется необъяснимая гнетущая духота и происходят непонятные вещи. В лесу слышатся страшные крики, иногда видны движущиеся огни или черные тени, некоторые пропадают без вести в тех местах.

В трагедии 3 августа 1936 года погибло примерно 1200 человек. Из всего населения Курши-2, поселений на лесосеках, а также личного состава войсковых частей, брошенных на борьбу с огнем, выжило немногим более 20 человек. Часть отсиделась в пруду поселка Курша-2, по колодцам и выгребным ямам, а часть - из остановившегося поезда каким-то чудом сумела пробежать сквозь фронт огня, спасшись на небольшом безлесном бугре.
Мещерскую трагедию приказали забыть - ведь шел 1936 год. В литературе и музейных данных почти ничего нет о событиях этого черного лета. После пожара поселок был частично восстановлен, но просуществовал недолго. После войны людей оттуда выселили, железную дорогу Курша-Чарус разобрали, и в Курше-2 стали жить только лесники. В наше время здесь осталась лишь зарастающая поляна с развалинами, часть из которых, вероятно, была домами, выстроенными после пожара 1936 г. На северо-восточной окраине поляны, недалеко от кирпичного фундамента, видимо бывшего когда-то паровозным депо, находится большая братская могила. Здесь похоронены жертвы забытой ныне трагедии

Меня снова хотели полу-обмануть в пятерке. Я не мог придумать что мне купить вкусного на вечер и вот увидел на полочке специальной отдельной соленый арахис за 19, я его часто брал. Прихожу на кассу, а там говорит 269. Я ЧО где тут 269, показываю на яйца, хлеб и три банана и арахис. А оказывается это не арахис, а кешью! И это я ошибся, а не их вина, но они специально так делают! Они вешают рядом два ценника дешевый и дорогой, а продукт лежит только один дорогой. Орешки выглядели точь-в-точь как арахис. Я его машинально и взял. Я же не по минному полю хожу, а всего лишь поесть купить пришел.

Красивая речка, внезапно я понял, что очень хочу поплавать каком-то водоеме. Хотя я вчера был на набережной с пляжем и наоборот ощущал отвращение от мысли полезть в воду. Это потому что еще холодно, и в воду никто лезть не станет, летом, когда жара, там тоже огромная толпа собирается, хотя в местах, где я ходил в основном рыбаки собираются, лодки ставят, может еще кто на шашлыки придет, но прибрежная полоса там не предназначена для купания, а вот пляж был чуть подальше, но я до туда не доходил. Хотя у нас ходят паромчики на другой берег, там наверное людей даже летом практически не будет, но опять же берег там не очень для купания приспособлен, а еще там леса и кучи комаров.

Я хотел начать делать контрастный душ и всё такое, начал вникать, оказалось, что если сразу лезть в холодную воду, то это будет стрессом для организма, и в итоге вся эта затея принесёт больше вреда, чем пользы. А мне было легко, я начал с мытья водой, которую можно назвать слегка теплой. Потом слегка холодную начал включать. Затем стал на секунуду врубать очень холодную, а потом включать погреться горячую. Так игрался понемногу и привык за пару месяцев. Теперь могу помыться чисто холодной, даже не открывая горячий кран. Но предпочитаю контрастный душ, как я говорил. Плюс, горячая вода нужна чтобы хорошо вымыться до чистоты. После контрастного душа очень заметно, что организм получил заряд энергии, от бодуна хорошо помогает тоже. Но тем у кого проблемы с сердцем и сосудами нужно быть осторожными и заниматься этим очень постепенно и аккуратно, иначе можно себе навредить.

Все правильно советовали, он реально влияет на кровообращение. Просто если есть какие-то проблемы, тогда нужно приучать организм к холодной воде очень плавно и осторожно, по всем правилам закалки, какие написаны реальными врачами. Потому что здоровый человек обычно может спокойно перенести то, что у больного может вызвать сильное обострение.

Количество воды ведь зависит от того как сильно выкрутить кран, я иногда так выкручиваю, что коже даже слегка больно и делаю типа массаж. И я никогда не моюсь сверху вниз со стационарно висящей головкой душа, она у меня всегда в руках и я вожу струей непосредственно по всем частям тела.

Один раз, еще когда работал в охране, я видел НЛО. Мы сидели в стеклянной вышке, с которой просматривалась почти вся территория нашего объекта и много чего вокруг. Поздно ночью я увидел на небе яркую движущуюся звезду. Сначала не обратил особого внимания, решил что это спутник или самолет. Но потом увидел, что она меняет направление и движется очень быстро. Например, она с высокой орбиты резко опускалась вниз, а потом двигалась в противоположной прежней траектории. Вертолет или крутой истребитель это тоже быть не мог, потому что скорость у НЛО была огромная, почти как у падающей звезды моментами. Я понаблюдал его где-то три минуты и оно исчезло. Двое мужиков, которые были там со мной, тоже это видели и тоже однозначно сказали, что на самолеты-вертолеты это вообще не похоже и они так не летают.

Мой метод бросать курить работает. Ален Кар сосет. Короче, напиваешься так что хочешь рыгать и сигареты тогда не лезут. Как только хочешь закурить - хлопаешь еще 50 грамм. Был у меня знакомый в интернете еще до Рулета. Он постоянно жаловался на бессонницу и боли в голове. На этом фоне он видел всякие картины, когда закрывал глаза, и слышал странные мысли. А потом вдруг он увидел такую ебоклаку. Такое охуительно страшное нечто и услышал такое! Ну, как мне сейчас кажется. Его боли тут же прошли, он стал готовиться к экзаменам, поступил и сейчас, скорее всего, исправно работает на хорошей должности. Другим человеком стал. Вот что с человеком делает страх бездны. Все это время, пока он болел, стремился к ней, но робко прикасался только, кончиком пальца или языка. Но когда он решил отдаться ей наполовину, даже не полностью, его напугало то, что таит в себе не приукрашенная правда, без налета романтики. И сразу откатился. Ужаснулся и попытался сделать вид, что это ему только показалось. Трус. Только настоящие смельчаки могут стойко сойти с ума. Ты и никто больше не может решить за тебя, входишь ты по ту сторону или убегаешь, как трусливый щенок. И пусть вам покажется, что я на стороне смелых, это не так. Сам знаю, что настоящего безумия и близко не нюхал. Кто знает, каким окажусь на самом деле.

Сейчас хотел в стихотред написать свой старый стих про путешествия и приключения в загробном мире, но чем дальше переписывал из тетрадки, тем больше фейспалмил и меня обдавало жаром от чувства стыда. А зачем это безумие? Ничего хорошего в нем нет. Я тоже, кстати, был на грани и остановился, когда прикоснулся чему-то страшному. Но это было не безумие, к нему я никогда не стремился, а это был глубокий уровень деперсонализации в ОС. Хотя деперсонализация это слабый и неподходящий термин. Я ощущал это почти как смерть, по крайней мере смерть своей личности. Время остановилось и память исчезла, только какая-то точка ума в ужасе цеплялась за свое самосознание. Вроде это ты тоже про это писал сегодня в треде сновидений. Так вот после этого я забросил регулярную длительную тренировку по концентрации за контролем дыхания и самонаблюдение во сне,потому что испугался идти дальше. Перестал удерживаться от вещей, которые наоборот препятствуют моему уму входить в такое состояние.

У меня тоже иногда боли в голове накатывают. Только дико лежать хочется.
А если ложусь - начинают всякие картины залезать прямо в мысли, а прочие образы в голове начинают постоянно меняться. Люди стают то толстыми, то худыми, то у них конечности меняются. А образы, что приходят, самые разные. От всяких фигур, до тех же людей. Обычно это всё быстро меняется, но прошлый раз была мыслях только звезда, внутри которой менялись узоры. Иногда ещё голоса слышу, но обычно ничего связного они не говорят. Обычно всё это прекращается как только с кровати поднимаюсь.

Тоже могу наблюдать текучие формы с закрытыми глазами. Раньше перед сном, теперь постоянно.
Вот сейчас, например, откидываюсь назад и вижу два вращающихся волчка прямо на глазных яблоках; бумажный клоун шлёпает губами; меч падает и вонзается в землю… Ещё недавно часто чудились и мешали заснуть расчленёнка, нежить, кривляющиеся лица. Но теперь негатив себя исчерпал. Я где-то прочитал, что так бывает у всерьёз занимающихся медитацией, мол этап очищения и нейтрализации плохого опыта.

Удачно я только что домой прибежал, потому что как только зашел в квартиру, на улице начался такой ливень, что пипец. Прямо какой-то тропический муссон - стены воды шли такими плотными волнами, что казалось будто это зимняя метель.
Погода стала ебанутая последние годы, это проявляется в крайностях, когда то очень жарко и сухо, то срывается нереальный ливень и буря. И зимой тоже половину времени было тепло как в конце октября, а потом в феврале и марте зафигачили непривычно крепкие морозы.
