Я думаю, для максимального удешевления, нужно отказаться от централизованного водопровода и газа. Для отопления использовать твердотопливный котел, а возможно и самодельную буржуйку. На них же можно и готовить еду. Туалет типа сортир - отдельностоящую будку, а мыться в корытце с наливным баком-душем. Но очень желательно пробурить на участке скважину и приобрести насос "малютка".

Скорее вагончик-бытовку тогда уже, а не трейлер. Нормальные трейлеры, приспособленные для круглогодичного проживания и готовки еды, стоят космических денег, дороже чем готовый домик в селе. Вагончик и регистрация его как "дача", для подключения света, действительно логичный и наименее трудоемкий вариант. Нужно ознакомиться с их типами и ценами на них.

Можно и без машины. Смотря зачем именно она тебе нужна. Как транспорт для себя или для строительных материалов? С материалами можно один раз обойтись заказом чужой машины. Тем более, если выбрать вагончик-бытовку. А вопрос транспортирования своего тела решается логистически верным подбором участка проживания, чтобы он был в ближайшей досягаемости транспорта типа электричек (предпочтительный вариант) и автобусов, а также находился возле минимальной необходимой инфраструктуры (магазины и т.п.).

Если ты готов переезжать из своего региона. Москва и Питер будут очень дорогими в плане покупки земли. Тогда стоит обратить внимание на юга, там жить комфортнее в плане мягких зим и возможности завести огород или дешево купить еды. Это должна быть окраина или близлежащие поселения довольно большого города, чтобы ездить в этот город за кунцами и работой. Нужно сравнивать цены в пригородах Краснодара, Ростова и Волгограда, например.

Самый дешевый Волгоград, там средняя цена за метр квартиры 46к, а в Краснодаре 55к. Ростов отпадает - он дороже и хуже, как я считаю, Краснодара. Различие в цене земли, думаю, соотносительное. +20% цены за Краснодар, а не Волгоград я бы подумал, возможно оно того стоит, если есть возможность.

Зашел в объявления Волгоградской области, разница очень большая. Там нормальный дом на окраине можно купить за 200к и дешевле. Так что из-за колоссальной разницы в цене Краснодар отпадает. Короче, имея 3 тысячи долларов реально обзавестись жильем на расстоянии примерно 15-20 км от Волгограда. Самому покупать землю и вагончик выходит вообще не выгодно.

Я только недавно узнал, что углекислый и угарный газ - это два разных газа. Раньше я думал, что при пожарах просто выгорает кислород и поэтому травятся обычным углекислым, которого становится очень много. Я недавно узнал, что в обычных топках на угле или газе в трубу идут в каком то небольшом по объему проценту оксиды азота. Но азот этот был не в самом топливе, в воздухе в котором топливо сжигали. Азот воздуха реагирует с кислородом при температуре топки. Хоть эта реакция и малозначительна в обычных условиях, но в больших масштабах существенна.
