В последнее время стал приходить в магазин и смотрю на полки, а что купить не знаю - ничего не хочется совсем. Дружок посоветовал варить картоху и это оказалось лучшим вариантом. Действительно ли такое другое? А я недавно гулял около полуночи по спальному району, шел на расслабоне в наушниках и смотрел перед собой. Внезапно я что-то почувствовал, как говорят "чужой взгляд на себе", поднял голову на старую деревянную панельку в метрах 50 от меня, сразу уперся глазами в нужную точку и увидел как в окне с облезлыми деревянными рамами стоял неподвижный силуэт человека. Причем, он стоял не прямо у окна и тем более не склонялся вниз, как обычно стоят те кто в него смотрят, а где-то в метре от подоконника, как бы прячась в темноте. Я его увидел только потому, что свет фонаря падал под нужным углом относительного моего местоположения. Обычно я не пялюсь в наглую на людей, но от него я не мог отвести взгляд, просто шел и смотрел с каким-то удивлением и пустотой в мыслях. Еще у меня была уверенность, что он тоже смотрит четко на меня. Потом я на секунду отвлекся перешагивая какой-то бардюр, поднял голову и в окне никого не было. Такие дела, не буду делать никаких выводов, но ощущения странные. И я тогда не пил и не употреблял веществ, если что. Думаю походить еще в том месте и посмотреть на окна.

Мне больше нечем заняться, не осталось интересов. Мне нечего смотреть, не о чем думать. Дохуя времени уже сижу дома и ни одного полезного навыка не приобрел.
Я настолько в масле, мне настолько удобно и легко все, что я даже не могу на кого-то злиться, проблем же нет. Но так как агрессии во мне много, в злиться на других не могу – направляю агрессию на себя и занимаюсь самобичеванием. Во имя чего? Возомнил тут себя жертвой, грущу что-то. Как же это все жалко.

И с другой стороны, может ты не найдешь практичного применения этим знаниям, но они дают тебе больше вариантов и точек зрения, для трактовки любой воспринимаемой извне информации, а значит расширяют твои возможности. Грубо говоря, кровь можно взять для анализа только на сахар, а можно сделать развернутое исследование ее химического состава, точно также эти книжки позволяют воспринимать реальность. Так что обязательно продолжай читать и изучать новое дальше.
Вообще, запиши для себя те вещи, которые ты считаешь полезными, например: чтение, изучение английского, физические занятия типа йоги, прогулки, написание песен, записей снов и так далее. Дальше механистически исполняй их, не ожидая какого-либо реального результата. Пусть это будет твоей духовной практикой, вроде той, которую выполняют буддийские монахи рубя дрова или таская камни, концентрируясь на моменте здесь и сейчас, и не ожидая чего-либо большего от жизни. Я уверен, через какое-то время, может быть пройдут годы, в один день настанут перемены и ты поймешь, насколько правильно все это было и как много ты получил от такого образа жизни.
Ко всему, тебе не мешало бы найти хоть какой-то общение ИРЛ. Запишись на какие-нибудь курсы, я не знаю. В бассейн вроде ты собирался.

Когда я что-то понимаю, то оно уже "мое" и лежит у меня. Это приятно. Но вот я взял Одну штуку, которую называют интересной, если в нее влезть. И первое же введение выглядит зубодробительно непонятным и одновременно элементарным. В том смысле что нужно обосновать элементарно понятную вещь "строго". Я могу просидеть над этим день или два и на бумажке вычертить все логические связи в клубке текста, откуда что взяли и что из чего следует. Но стоит ли это таких усилий.

Только что гулял, кое-что почувствовал, потом вспомнил и подумал над твоим вопросом - действительно, почему это может происходить? Так вот, мне кажется я понял причину: я ведь не просто так гуляю, а на ходу выполняю определенные дыхательные упражнения, требующие концентрации на дыхании и расслаблении мышц. Параллельно я обычно что-то слушаю в плеере, причем 90% времени это не музыка, а книги, лекции и передачи. Плюс, я внимательно, хотя и плавающим взглядом, разглядываю окружающую обстановку, никогда не хожу тупо уткнувшись взглядом в асфальт перед собой. Это может быть не понятно со стороны, но эти простые действия, выполняемые одновременно, требуют довольно существенного сосредоточения. Через час прогулки в таком режиме, мое психическое состояние заметно меняется. По сути это что-то вроде медитации или легкого транса. Исходя из этого, можно легко объяснить видение разных необычных вещей и событий измененным состоянием сознания. Уверен, если проштудировать психиатрию в этом направлении, такие случаи уже описаны у других. Тут я сразу вспоминаю, что занимаясь этой же дыхательной техникой на ночь, непреднамеренно начал видеть осознанные сновидения. Я даже удивился, когда погуглив узнал, что такое бывает у многих других людей и некоторые делают это сознательно. А если пофантазировать, тогда еще, например, можно вспомнить Кастанеду с его смещением точки сборки и он даже описывал как это делать во время пешей прогулки! Не помню подробностей - давно читал, но там что-то похожее на мои действия. Нужно это все осмыслить, ты меня подтолкнул на интересные размышления.

Я вешу больше 85кг и самый легкий в компании из трех ближайших друзей (правда один из них совсем чуть-чуть тяжелее). Так что сборы на шаурму и всякие буррито это реальная история. Один раз мы даже ездили на "особенные" хот-доги в другой город, в нашей области. Но без бухла редко обходится.
