That's the SOLO, not the 2i2, looks to be mostly the same except it has unbalanced RCA outputs instead of balanced 1/4" jacks, and a 1/4" jack and XLR input rather than the choice of both for each.
I guess it's that much cheaper because it's only got the one mic pre-amp, which shouldn't be a problem for your usage.

I've been doing physio for my shoulders for just under two months; I've gone from being in pain whenever trying this to being able to get my hand almost to the top of my spine, and I no longer get random flashes of pain in my shoulders when doing random shit thanks to the strengthening exercises I've been doing. I'd resigned myself to the fate of being a quasi-invalid with barely-functioning shoulders because they've both been in pain for so long since I injured myself lifting. This was partly because I had physio once before, and the woman gave me such a stupid volume of exercises that they actually exacerbated my problems. I thought that if physio wasn't going to help, I was just fucked. But no–I gave physio another go, and this guy is actually decent and I'm making progress for the first time in ages.

I'm tired as fuck so I'm going to bed. I had a meal out with my dad earlier tonight, he's gotten back together with his LDR girlfriend, so I've been relegated back to having meals out with him once or twice a month instead of staying round his every weekend, even after I helped him move, kept him company while he was living alone, and had plans to live with him for a while.
I don't know what he sees in her, she's just a typical boring middle-aged woman with no interests, and she had the nerve to come running back to him after breaking up with him for several months. He's wasting his time in my opinion, she's not waifu material and she lives 85 miles away. I guess I just feel annoyed that he would rather spend his time with her over me, even though he only ever complains about her and she's pretty cold and distant to him.
