Important

Good evening everyone. Tuesday morning I was greeted with the fright that my main system finally decided to end itself after being witness to all of the movies I have streamed over the past year. I have narrowed the coward down to the motherboard failing, and am now looking for a replacement.

As a notice to everyone, If I am unable to get a replacement set up in time, I will have to skip September 30th's BMN. If I am able to get a replacement in time, this notice thread will be replaced by the standard BMN post for the week.

I'll hopefully see you all Saturday. Cheers everyone.

Bad news folks.

5 of my drives are not operating, including my backup (on back up night, go figure).

I am considering data recovery options, but it will depend on cost per drive, if even recoverable.

BMN will rebuild, but it will take time. I cannot say if the aesthetic feel of the night will return as quick, but movies will return first.

Do yourself a failure and unplug your system from the wall if youre not using it and can help it. Goddamn storms.

BMN will be skipping this weekend.
