So Lore wise, sometime in the 3rd Millenium the Aborigines realised that they were many plans by the Chinese so they supported by Elon Musk leave the planet to Mars where they developed colonies
On Mars they find spiritual connection to the land and some members gain gestalt powers from it, later theorized to be the Void Dragon or as the AdMech in the 41st millenium call it, the Omnisiah
The Boongs from here combine the gestalt powers with engineering plans from woight cahnts and eventually build spacecraft that cross into the warp
The Abos use this power to gain considerable power in the 4th Millenia until they are again attempted to be genocided
From here the Aboriginals decided to create machines which will create the same Martian Gestalt power to keep them powered up even after they get forced out of Mars by the predecessor to the Mars Cult
From here they become a nomadic people who use their gestalt powers to connect to the dreamtime, which is also the warp, and harness it
during the rise of the imperium and subsequent rises of Chaos, the Nomadic Boongs whose LAHND is now their spacefleet are a Renegade faction who serves neither but may fight on the same side as each temporarily to suit their needs since while they hate the Xenos as invaders of their land, they realise that the Emperor, the Throne Bound half dead semi deity was previously Tony Abbott in a prevoius guise and so still feel some feilty to him
While in terms of them teaming with Chaos they seek to Balence the dreamtime by quelling dominant gods at the time and strengthening the weaker ones since they see the gods as elements of their culture that must be controlled (Khorne is the Abos Rage, Tzeentch is the Abos Tools, Nurgle is the Abos Goon and Slaanesh is the Abos Rape)
It's kinda wonky by I'll run by that as some lore and then I'll start by working out some HQ Choices and Troops and work from there

On top of that the aborigines have multiple deities they worship and manifestations of the gods, mainly minor warp deities, will transpire on the battlefield, with 4 of these having tangable avatars at times, these being an Avatar of Dan, an Avatar of Craig, an Avatar of Tony and an Avatar of NK, while each of these 4 major avatars that are transpired into battle will represent a value of each of the chaos Gods they are rather a sort of parallel divergence much like how Eldar's Khaine represents most of what Khorne does, and here Dan lines up with Tzeentch, Craig lines with Nurgle, Tony Lines up with Khorne and NK lines up with Slaanesh
