I've been getting into overnight oats recently as they are healthier than weetbix. Quite versatile in how you have them. I have been having them with honey but I've got some frozen berries to put in for tonight. With weetbix though I've been having them plain for a decade and a half and never cared for anything else, I find it strange that this does not extend to oats.
