First one was a dream in which I was losing my teeth. Do you know the feeling of losing a tooth? Remember when you were a kid and one tooth felt sort of wobbly? And you wobbled it around and knew it was going to come out? And then later you wobbled it enough that it came right out and you put your tongue in the space that that tooth used to occupy?
I had a dream last night where that happened, but I was an adult, and of course I knew that your adult teeth are your final teeth and you are not supposed to lose them, nor can you grow new ones. I wobbled a group of teeth and it immediately came out in a big chunk. I was fucking horrified. But then it started to happen to other teeth. All my teeth started wobbling around and then falling out. I was in a panic. I told mum I needed to go to the hospital immediately, meanwhile more and more of my teeth were falling out. I looked in the mirror and could see huge numbers of missing teeth. I Googled what could cause me to have my teeth fall out and various conditions came up. While at the hospital, before I had seen someone, I transitioned to my next dream.
My next dream was swimming in the waters of a vast river with tree covered canyon walls on each side. I was with my mum and sister. Me and my mum kept ducking into caves on the side to explore. But one cave was too scary for me. I realised that a demon was brainwashing my mum every time she went into a cave. I pulled her out while the demon was harassing her and got her to safety on the shore. But my family would not believe that a demon had got to her, and I was expelled, exiled. My anger builded, not at my family, but at the demon. Hans Zimmer's "What Are You Going To Do When You Aren't Saving The World" on the Man of Steel soundtrack started playing. I could feel myself get stronger. I clenched my fists and started to fly, right over the canyon, at a stunning speed. I knew I would take my revenge.
That was the end of the dream.

That reminds me of some really stupid shit I did in year 11 with a mate. We were sat in English class and instead of going to get his laptop, he used his Maori mates laptop instead since he was at the library. The school email service was still up, and at the time there was this really stupid email spam shit going around with friends putting their friends in the email chain. There was even one that involved the whole school, and some kid that browsed 4chan got suspended because he dropped a goatse in the email chain. Anyway my mate asked what we should do and I said "we should do another of those chains" and we started adding people to it. It wasn't the whole school, but basically almost all the entire year 11 boys (including the guy I'm about to mention). The email came out started under "MaoriCunt@Schoolemail.com" or some shit and the body of it was some really stupid shit. "Black power muthafuckaz, da black panther party comin 4 u honKIEZ!!!"
For background, there was one student in the year who was a particular sperg and who everyone thought was Hitler, since he couldn't stop talking about WW2 and that. He would hum military tunes to himself which was really strange. But he was a pretty die-hard leftist, I think only I realised that while the others thought he was genuinely conservative or nazi or something. But to try and redeem himself, he would always try to make "le dumb conservatives amirite?! LOL CHRISTIANS!" jokes and unironically thought Obama is the best thing ever. No one gave a shit though, but its worthy to mention anyway. He did a lot of embarrassing shit as well.
But in the body of the email, along with the other stupid shit, was something that went along the lines of "fucc dat Firstname Lastname and fuck his hitla azz". My mate sent the email, then we just agreed not to tell anyone else and lold hard. The email got around pretty quickly I think, because when it was recess people were already talking about it. A mate who was in class with Firstname said he just started looking really mad and started crying, then the teacher saw what happened went nuts looking for the maori guy. Maori guy was bundled up just after recess and sat in the principals office the rest of the day, not knowing what the fuck was going on.
Skip 2 days from then, the IT coordinator took every year 11 boy out of class after lunch and we all sat in front of the computer lab and this cunt went ballistic at us. He started talking about how we were misusing the school mail system, how 10 year olds can charged as adults, how we could end up in prison. Apparently some derro kid who was friends with the maori dude was basically blamed by everyone, since he was a bully but no one had any proof of it so the school couldn't punish anyone. Can concur with everything you wrote. Have tried both, still on Sertraline, but at only 50mg. 200mg and I feel okay.

I keep a journal. Not 'dear diary' shit, but I log everything I need to do with a date, check it off when I complete it. Of course, I need to do this because I'm retarded and I'll forget, or I'll get lazy and put things off, but It might work for you as a student. Keeping track of your assignment and exam dates is probably a good idea.
I check it in the morning, add to it, because writing things down helps me remember, then I review it before I go to bed if I remember, plus it's on hand if I get that nagging feeling that I forgot something important. I take it with me if I carry a bag anywhere. Dates are important to keep track of shit over time, especially as normies don't understand NEET hours.
My journal is a fucking mess. Filled with to-do lists, contact details and URLs, work out programs and diet shit, shopping lists, vague plans, diagrams for things I want to build or repair and notes on things I was reading about, usually gardening stuff. Every so often, I'll flip back a couple of months and rediscover shit I've forgotten about or let slide. I get a bit of a confidence boost from seeing my fitness progress too. Not /fit/ tier, but I feel like less of a lazy manlet.

I used to talk with some nice cenno workers who went out and about to help young adults, and they would always talk about how inept the people in the offices are. Constant spelling mistakes and paperwork going missing or not being put in the right places with the shitty computer program they use. Every time i had an issue they would check it out and have to fix errors that randoms would mess up for seemingly no reason. They'd always apologize and give me a exemption for however long they were allowed to give. I really recommend finding one of these workers who visit these kinds of help places because they treat you as a human bean and you don't have to deal with the bozos they hire at the offices. I've been doing some thinking on The NEET Man's Survival Guide. Tell me what you reckon:
* The guide should centre around a holistic conception of Wellness (no new-age bullshit tho). This underpinning should inform the structure of the text; besides the introduction and miscellaneous tips chapters, each chapter should explore one area of wellness: physical fitness, nutrition, emotional wellbeing, mental health, intellectual satisfaction, common pitfalls/mistakes/habits, relationships (esp. with mummybot) and so on.
* The guide should be light in theory because I think we all understand why we're unhappy: we lack goals, we're socially isolated, we're considered scum, we're unhealthy or unfit etc.
* Conversely, this guide is necessary because we either don't know how to change these realities or we lack the lasting motivation to do so. Therefore the guide should be 80% practical, detailing ways in which even the laziest NEET can achieve wellness
* This should be a modular guide: each chapter, and each practical method within that chapter, should be able to be read and understood independently of all the others. A NEET should be able to flick the PDF to any page and find something that'll improve his life
Finally
* At least for the first edition, each method for improving wellness should offer instant improvement in some area or require a low amount of effort to complete. If we include stuff like learning a language or developing a fully-fledged weightlifting program or reading a book, it's probably just going to discourage cunts from actually using the guide.
