1. Would never personally do it because of the rareness of wolves in most areas, especially europe and the lower parts of north america. I also believe wolves are sacred, given their connection to allfather. I probably wouldnt judge someone for wolf hunting though, even if I would not approve or be friends with them.
2. i dont fucking know, i think it has more to do with industrialization than jewishness, although some see these as one in the same.
Also theres a weird little thing in the myth of Fenris the wolf where the gods are about to kill the demon, until they decide it would do ill to spill wolves blood in Asgard. Its unclear if this is because wolves blood is sacred, or because it is cursed. I think the hatred of wolves extends even back to Germanic tribes, but it was less of a hatred and more of fear/awe. They were seen as mysterious creatures of the forest, always in stalking distance of humans and picking off the weak when they could, but otherwise avoiding us.
Also sorry if this sounds mean, but I really hope you posted that picture ironically because its one of the edgiest pagan things ive ever seen
