How are you liking /asatru/’s aesthetic overhaul?

 No.2237

I like it quite a bit, the spear cursor could be more metallic and less caveman looking but overall I like the look

God jobs mods :)

 No.2238

Loving it.

Not as tacky and painful to look at like /fringe/'s is

Moderator, if need be, I design sprites. If you'd tell me the size constraints of the cursor icon, I could make a more period-accurate viking spear for you.

They disappeared because your cookies will have reset after 8chan changed domain. You'll have to star them again.

I suggest you find a nice font to change the board title to. I can't really find a good one in my fonts list. Make sure to set multiple fonts so that if the first font you suggest people don't have it skips to the next font in line. Otherwise it'll end up Times New Roman, which is shit.

Are your cookies being wiped when Firefox closes?

You need to add a cookie exception in your preferences window for 8ch.net

Also if you clear the history on close, uncheck the clear cookies setting. You can still wipe cookies that aren't in the exception list by setting the "keep until I close firefox" setting.

If your favorite boards list also disappears, it's because your cookies are being wiped.

Alternatively you could add this to a greasemonkey userscript:

// ==UserScript==
// @name ∞chan Show Top Boards in Nav Bar
// @include http://8ch.net/mod.php?/*/*
// @include http://8chan.co/mod.php?/*/*
// @include http://8ch.net/*/*

// @grant GM_addStyle
// ==/UserScript==

GM_addStyle ( ".boardlist span.sub { display: inline; }");

shit, sorry I took so long…got caught up in alot.

Anyway, by looking at the "small" cursor you posted, I'm assuming the one used on-site is a 32x32 sprite…so I drafted pic related for you.

This one is modeled after viking era spears, so if you choose to use it, we won't look like such primitives anymore!

This cursor (and the one on /fringe/ until I changed it about 16 hours ago) are too huge.I recommend between a 50% to 20% reduction in size.

No. I don't want to keep cookies and make it even easier for the kikes to fuck with me.

They've really been messing with me lately in the last 12 or so hours btw, telling me I'm being watched, and strange people talking to me in weird and suspect ways.

It's really trying to fire up my paranoia but I'm trying to stay as calm about as it as I can be while my curiosity still burns to figure out what the fuck's going on.

 No.2528

>>2527
>No. I don't want to keep cookies and make it even easier for the kikes to fuck with me.

I don't keep cookies either, except on 8chan. With an 8chan cookie, it will remember your favourite boards list, and you won't need to login to the dashboard all the time, or lose your options menu settings.

 No.2529

I decreased it to two thirds of it's size; and it is too small. Try it in the options menu:

Can you guys at least make a basic theme that applies to /asatru/ by default? Not very complicated but something other than the default yotsuba theme. Maybe just light brown tinted boxes with rounded corners but no background. I don't like it being Yotsuba B by default.
