That's fine and all. And they should be upset at the guy who shared the work. But I don't think it's something to lose your passion over. You're doing very well if people are going out of your way to share your work. Especially since it's an easy way to get more publicity. If never having it seen was their plan, then it should really just stay in a close group of friends. People who really appreciate their art will continue supporting their work on patreon even if it's posted on some booru.
