Man, the French are good at this type of stuff. I know there's no diapers but I still kinda want to see them.

I haven't seen it but Baby Doll is probably along the lines of what you're thinking of. Really naive bimboish girl sleeps in a crib and sucks her thumb as men fight over her.

Not along the lines of what you're thinking of but Attack of the Adult Babies does feature actual adult baby characters, but it's a gross out horror film, and everyone in diapers is fat middle aged old men with nurses that they abuse and there's lots of scatological humor throughout the film. I saw it and did not enjoy it for various reasons.

Also, there's A Thousand Pleasures from 1968. The adult baby stuff doesn't factor into it too much but the film is about this dude who hates women, kills his wife, gets kidnapped by violent lesbians who have a mentally handicapped woman they keep in the house who sleeps in a crib and wears diapers that they call Baby. I've also seen this one and yeah it's not very good, but in the way that experimental art pornography from the 1960s would be weird and hard to follow.

Not a movie, but in an episode of Honey I Shrunk The Kids TV show the mother of the house get's possessed/ altered by a ghost and she dresses and acts like a little girl.

The quality isn't great, but it's at around 32 mins in at this link and there's a few scenes afterwards of her in this state too.

"Marie The Doll" is somewhat more famous and if I'm not mistaken, there're some subtitles in English available for it if you search around. "Le farò da padre", on the other hand, I never found subtitles for that movie in English or any other language. Although, the torrent version I posted has some Russian voice-over dubbing, as well as the original Italian audio in a second track.
