I would cut all contact with them immediately, but this is basically just torture for the manager at this point. He is getting blue-balled at every corner, he employee's get anything they want, yet still act like pricks to him, and no one besides Maika gives him any support at all. Changing waifu's every season is an irredeemable sin, but besides what Mafuyu said there is no evidence of that in the series. It seems like they are just bullying him as he is trying his best to impress the girl he likes, who won't even notice his advances. Though if he does actually change waifu's each season, he deserves to be stuck with a needle for each second he claimed to have "loved" them.

As a lolifag, it both baffles and irks me that a flat little girl who is sometimes sexy is seen as either boring, generic, mindless fanservice or generic cuteness for the veterans, and as pedoshit for flavor of the season for normalfags. But slap a wiener in there, and you got a hot, fuckable, hilarious and so-cute-I-want-to-fuck-it character.
It's still an underage boy that they're fapping and schlicking for, and it has the same features as a little girl, only with a dick in there. You'll rarely hear a normalfag who likes older traps or the kind of trap that already looks manlier. It's like the wiener makes it acceptable for them.
I do enjoy traps as comedy characters or simply as a good character, it's this double standards that irk me.
