I've heard of scaler waves and electronic suppression using drone warfare and dirty electricity coming off of the smart meters. It's used on all of us (or most?) pretty much constantly. I am dealing w this right now and have been for a year now.
The system is always collecting all data on every move you make, everything you do, say. Always. This grows its dataset and it gets more powerful as time goes on.
