I was probably visited by aliens last night.

It's strange for me to dream in first person but this night I had insomnia and things escalated quickly.

I couldn't move in my bed and I tried hard, when I open my eyes I see this thing at the door and closet looking at me, I had the same nightmare 2 or 3 times and I finally got up in my dream thinking I was awake, walked a little and finnaly woke up.

How do I keep those things away from me?

Have you tried asking them nicely? When I get that "space niggers are coming" feeling and I have important things to do in the morning I just send out a "not tonight, guys" telepathic message and they reschedule. You want to do this before the 'abduction' process starts, because when it starts they have to bring you abord because it's dangerous for both parties involved to abort the process once started (I never asked for elaboration).
