Have you seen someone that talks more then one language the older they are the harder they are to understand (that is even assuming he was talking on his native language which is hard to believe) just check stallone,schwarzenegger,hans lundgren and other actors they can barelly talk english even if they have years in USA,my guess from his behaviour and posts is he is japanese.
There are proof since the jhontitor site (the wordpress) was posted on half chan around 2017 but mostly was ignored (the poster kept making threads on /x/ for around 2 months) the other site well probably a fan or something.

My guess is he has something worse prepared and is waiting,if the world reject his desire for an utopia he will destroy humanity as simple as that and if he made a highly contagious virus that didn't kill anyone (the only ones that killed people are the health care staff and that is the truth) he has a worse virus in his hands.
What new virus does he has well can be easy to spread,highly contagious,and highly deadly knowing that COVID doesn't show symptoms until 20 days later after infection making a deadly virus that will kill anyone within a month shouldn't be that hard specially when you take into account that no one will know if they are infected and will drop dead on any place after a month.
