The tale that El Chupacabras is a dog-like creature is fake.
El Chupacabras looks more similar like Mothman.
It has almond glowing red eyes, and its skin is black like coaI. And he runs so fast - just like Flash or Sonic.
I was texting on my phone in my house yard (I live in Mexico), and then that thing appears in the evening. I was in shock. But also that creature was frightened to see me. That creature was turning back and disappeared.
That creature fits with this description - but black skin.

>El Chupacabras
It's "Los" when plural.

No, because it's one creature who sucks many goats. Chupa-Cabras. Also he sucks rabbits and chickens.

Was this the only time you've seen it? Can you elaborate on what exactly happened?

Any thoughts on why cryptids are often described as having glowing red eyes? Dunno if art just imitates reality or what. Bigfoot is described as such too.

my best guess: it depends on how the eye retinas are constructed in the cryptid/animal. since most cryptids are seen at night, usually through means such as flashlights being shined on them, the reflective eyes usually appear red/yellow and we often interpret that as their eye color when in reality it could be brown or even green.
