3,6,9 love, try be sentient, focus on stars(preferably on triangle star formations) making a mental 'gate' for them to communicate.

too many to count. Haven't seen one face to face yet. Only crafts. They say we know about 160 species. Most of them benevolent. Depends what you summon though.(summon as what you give permission to show self)

I suppose I already knew that the species, races or manifestations that have been sighted range in the many hundreds probably, but I am secretly hoping for someone to namedrop the Pleiadians or Aldebaran.

This is a good question. I think it's someone everyone has to logically deduct/feel out for themselves, but in my case, I've come to the honest conclusion that the distinction between what is extraterrestrial and what is extradimensional is very thin, and while we can't which is the other, we can judge by perceived intent.
