I am a conspiracy theory researcher who received this video from an anonymous source. She says her husband was driving northbound towards Burlington, Vermont on a smaller two-lane road. She was in the passenger seat and captured this video. It looks like some sort of figure. Is this a project blue beam test? CGI? I'm posting here to see what all the anons think.

Don't forget sleight of hand techniques. I think the balloon was the main distraction but the electric poles are a false distraction. The real hologram they don't want you to notice could be that mountain, or even the sky itself.
