It's common to read about demons preying upon humans, or humans making binding contracts with demons for power, or humans driving away demons, but have there ever been any accounts of people aggressively "eating" or otherwise preying on demons?

I'm asking because I think I did that. A few months ago I was lying down in bed, and felt a malevolent presence emanating from behind the headboard. Big black shadowy figure reached out over me with extremely long arms, slowly encircling me as if to snatch me away. It was quite startling, but I wasn't afraid because I thought I was just going through a bout of sleep paralysis, albeit one much more "real"-feeling than I've ever had before. I tried waiting it out, but the episode didn't fizzle out in the usual way sleep paralysis does for me. This ended up annoying me, and I basically thought "Hey, you big black fuckhead, are just going to float there? That all you got? COME ON, LET'S DO THIS!"

The shadowy figure drew back as if spooked, which only made me feel more aggressive towards it. Somehow my aggression ended up "drawing in" the figure against its will; I felt its fear and it was visibly struggling to get away. The closer I drew it in, the more its positioning began corresponding to mine until finally I felt myself "absorbing" it on a 1:1 basis (ie: my arms absorbed its arms, my torso absorbed its torso, etc). When the absorbtion was complete I felt fucking awesome. I was energized, very warm in a comfy way, and completely at peace despite the incredibly weird thing that just happened to me.

Nothing strange happened afterwards, though. The high wore off within an hour. Life since then has been business as usual, and I don't seem to have gotten any weird powers or suffered any ill effects. And while it felt fantastic, I don't feel any particular urge to do it again. I'm mainly just curious to know more about what the heck just happened and why. I have no experience with mind-altering drugs and don't take any medications. From a paranormal perspective, I'm pretty sure I'm nothing special. I can't astral project, channel spirits, exorcise ghosts, see the future, or do anything else clearly out of the ordinary. The strangest thing I can do is some lucid dreaming, and my skill is still mediocre even after several years of trying. My control over dreams remains abysmal, but at least I can recognize when I'm dreaming and when I'm not, and this event certainly didn't feel like a dream.

Keep up the exploration. Outside of secret societies we, the people, know little to nothing about these entities we've surely all encountered.

Did you absorb the thing standing, like you went on to chase it? or while laying on your bed?

Also, did you feel full? like the opposite of hungry? did you shit or piss anything weird?

I've never heard or even read anything like your encounter, but I have pic related, maybe something similar.

>Did you absorb the thing standing, like you went on to chase it? or while laying on your bed?

I remained lying down the entire time. I didn't chase it or actively pursue it in any manner, just got irritated/mad at it. Once that happend, the absorbtion process was completely passive on my part. It was like I unplugged a drain, after which water just naturally flowed into.

>Also, did you feel full? like the opposite of hungry? did you shit or piss anything weird?

Except for feeling great for a few minutes, there was nothing out of the ordinary after the event. No change in my hunger levels, no odd excretions.

>I've never heard or even read anything like your encounter, but I have pic related, maybe something similar.

That's fucking awesome. The only common denominator I see with my situation is that I actually did a bit of lifting some years ago to address some recurring back pains. Guess I should start again.

Just an fyi most of these entities can't do shit if you don't let them. Fear is easy to feed off which is why they usually go that route. This is from quite a few years ago but an anon explained how when an entity would try to fuck with him, he would just stand up and start furiously masturbating at it. The entity would get freaked out and nope the fuck out of there. These beings tend to be low level and even if they were at a higher level the Louis CK exorcism method works wonders

Demons are beings of darkness that feed on the light, where as human souls are beings of light which receive the power directly from the source. If you attune yourself with the source, you will not need to deal with demons. There are people and spiritual beings which you can talk to in order to learn how to channel your light into this plane. Demons can teach you to, but only in order to feed on the light, so they're likely to deceive you.

That being said, your suggestion to devour demons is silly, because not only is it against your nature (your spirit has access to infinite power already), it's likely that instead of devouring the demon, you'll just invoke it and allow it to live inside you. There, it will feed on your light until you get sick, die, or until you or someone gets rid of it.

The only time it would be okay to deal with demons is if you're binding them to do your will, and even then it's like dealing with people who hate you. They're likely to be looking for way to screw you over.

There are two things that seem more apparent the more I learn. (1) Human souls aren't inherently bound to any particular "nature" or rules, and (2) countless entities are trying to convince humans otherwise for their own benefit.

With that in mind, it seems to me that demons would naturally want humans to believe that humans can only subsist on "light" (or whatever it is that demons find tasty), that all contact with demons is inherently risky, and that demons are inedible. That way, most humans are left fattened and fearful of demons (making them easy prey), and the few fearless humans out there don't bother hunting down demons.

I have a similar story,

So I've had sleep paralysis a few times before, but luckily I've been on /x/ forever and I've always remembered to keep my eyes closed so I don't get spooked by witches or whatever.

But recently I had a pretty… different episode of sleep paralysis. Normally when I got it before it was like the calm part of my brain was shut off so I'd become paranoid and completely terrified even if nothing really happened.

I really haven't had any sort of paranormal-esque shit happen when I was paralyzed before either, save for one time when it felt like something was touching or licking the back of my neck.

But this time the paralysis got me when I was lying face up on my bed, and it held my eyelids open which is unusual since I can usually control them.

There's this closet that's directly in front of my bed, and usually wedged open because I leave some of my laundry on the floor of my room and it messes with the doors.

When I had this bout of sleep paralysis, the outline of the basic shape of the closet became some sort of entity at the opposite side of the room, it looked "cel-shaded" and abstract with an outline and colors that "popped" if you get what I'm saying. My head was tilted to the side too so it looked like this triangular or pentagon-shaped thing instead of being rectangular like the closet. I could see the rest of the room in normal detail, though.

So there's this kind of speech emanating from the closet-entity. I wouldn't say it was necessarily bad or good, just this voice saying things. It didn't sound high or low pitched either, in a way it didn't have a sound or all because it was in my head.

I sat like this for a second and then remember clearly that my inner voice - I could tell it was my voice but it seemed to act by itself -

said "I have no place in my heart for demons."

And there was some more talking, but quickly the paralysis left and I got up.
