If the image actually exists, you'd have a much better chance finding it on the deep-web, as what ever site the image is posted on supposedly is supposedly taken down(at least for a little while).
I can't speak for the legitimacy of the image, but I was on 4chong at the time and can confirm that it went down, and once it got back up it was spammed with threads about the supposed image.
I never saw the picture myself, so as far as I know, the whole debacle could be trolling by crashing the site by ddos and then spamming it with threads about some supposed alien pic.
But who knows, it might be real.

By 2011 pre-rendered stuff with post-work could be even more advanced.
This video looks even worse than silent movies from 1925 and kgb was founded in like 1955 and this is one of the biggest reasons I personally don't give any credits to this video. Just like in 2021 no one would ever record a dead serious classified alien footage with a camera from 1990, there would be no reason to believe they would ever record an alien in those times with such an old camera.
The blinking is way too slow and the so called "muscle movements" that everyone talks about are not really present, we see them walk and stand in idle position then pretty much that's it, these days it can be done even by indie artists. Random people said random things on the internet… okay, that's really not proof or argument or anything worth believing.
