So just 10 minutes ago I suddenly woke up and felt like something with a really long stride was walking around in my house. I felt panic start to rise inside me and was unable to move. Then it started to approach me and the closer it got the greater panic and dread I felt. As it was right apon me I stared convulsing. At the end of my convulsing I saw a figure at the end of my bed. It was like a small whiteish man kinda hunched over and making strange motions. Luckily there is a light switch right next to me and when I flicked it everything was gone.

You're talking about sleep paralysis. It's a sleep disorder. Here, read about it, people have all kinds of fucked up experiences.

When you have sleep paralysis, you can perceive auditory, visual, and even tactile hallucinations. People report seeing, hearing, and feeling all manner of fucked up shit. I wouldn't rule it out.

I forgot to mention that I didn't perceive any sight or sound until the seizure. I just felt something approach me, something with very long legs. That and the small creature looked scared too
