I believe many people can enter the etheric plane but don't talk about it and prefer to keep it a secret. Can anyone help me with the knack for traveling with my etheric body?

I know there's like a simple knack to it. These books just go on and on about nonsense. I'm sure there's a simple knack cause I've even heard children's voices from when they do it.

Dude, etheric projection is dangerous. Some people even recommend that you have someone next to you when you try it, in case there are medical issues.
