God is quite a relative term. Maybe we were nothing more than a mistake like the rest of them.
What if we found our 'Gods' and in the end it was just another lie? I mean, we ourselves create life and the Earth we live on. We even make up our own elements and have a basic, and advanced, cooperative understanding of not only our Earth, but the Universe. And we've found this all by ourselves, no spiritual guidance has told us where to look or what to think. It's something we've earned.
I'm not bashing your goal bruh, I think it's a fucking awesome goal, and if I had any advice to give it would be to consider studying ancient areas that were strictly tribal, like the Native Americans and some ancient African gods, not just the Egyptian ones. Just think tribal, before any outsiders came in with horses and advanced weapons looking for slaves, land, and jewels and whatever else. Did tribes battle one another over something a shaman said a certain God said, or did they battle over something else?
Spiritual tribal leaders were held in just as high regard as we hold priests and head monks these days, surely, but they didn't have a considerably strong historic presence over a politically established military and cabinet of elected officials. Those people followed what they could see, and they thought the gods gave them everything they could see and do of course. But where did those gods come from? I'm just typing to type. I'm sorry.
