You'd be comparing conventional weapon designs with the equivalent of Top Secret weapons manufacturing, which UFO's or Wunderwaffe most definitely would qualify under. One requires more resources than the other, especially if they were using advanced technology. Factor in pinched supplies and the need to push out as much as possible to stem the tide it neatly explains why conventional advanced projects failed, weren't fully tested, or could only be produced in limited supply which wasn't enough to do anything at that point in the war effort.
There's too many coincidences with the Occult ties/symbolism all over the place, not just with the SS, Himmler being the glue holding the Reich together as well as his mysterious esoteric side, the Antarctic expeditions long before the war, the massive U-Boat movements in the area, etc. Not to mention they were working on this tech before the war, not during.
If anyone managed to create a secret base in Antarctica at that time it would be them and you can guarantee equipment, resources, designs and personnel were set up there long before their movements got cut off in the Atlantic. Also massive ties to South America? C'mon. It ain't Area 51 in the skies. It's Space Nazi's.
