What's the date listed under "Properties" for the pictures? I'm not expecting date of creation but a possible approximation could help.
Also as a guess based one the color of the backdrops, the pretty similar line-work, and the lines color I'm guessing this is something by Samael sometime between roughly 2013 & '14. Another possible hint is the content. Samael's vore related content sometimes involves either implied hard vore or post vore where after the Pred coughs up bones and primarily it tends to be the skulls. The skull in the second picture particularly looks like and reminds me of Samael specifically.
However, while I did check their FA to confirm there were some similarities in style, I didn't find the pics in question. Now I could dig through their tumblr but they reblog a lot of crap and have an inconstant tagging system soooo. *insert raspberry noise* :T
tl;dr: Not 100% confirmed but pretty sure it's by Samael.
