It's not about who win or lose it's about who've reach what they wanted.

Vietnam is unified as the north want while the US kinda their control over the SEA region(i think). And this only applied to that time so don't bring the "muh Donald is on Vietnam rn" argument. Thanks

to answer the question, you must ask yourself some questions

-What have you archived after the war

-The money you spent on the war what have you got after all of that?

-50000 ppl died for what?

-what does the mass population of america think about the war?

-what is the effect of the war impact to you, or america as a whole?

the answer is hard to give out, but i think you can get one for yourself
