What are modern Vietnam-India relationships like? What do Vietnamese think about Indians? From reading wiki page it seems that India and Vietnam had always maintained good relationships and India had (slightly) supported Vietnam against China and US. What are relationships like now?

both of the countries have a long history of relationships. Indian supported vietnam back in the past, and now, Vietnam and india share the same concern about the rise and thread from china.

from what i remember, vietnam and india have a lot of military cooperation program, military drill, exchange officer,….
