To akurat długo się perkoli.

Z latwych rzeczy to mielone z ziemniakami/kaszą i surówką.

Pieczone w piekarniku szaszłyki z piersi/polędwiczek kurczaka + tzatziki.

Możesz kupić też w lidlu wrapy, mięso kebab i surówkę i samemu ukręcić kebaba. Będzie na 2-3 porcje.
