Zabetonowanie miast w PL sprawia że woda nie ma gdzie wsiąkać, zamiast studni rozsączających jest kanalizacja deszczowa która podczas ulewy przepełnia się i zalewa niżej położone miejsca.
Foto nr. 1 to przykład architektury i zasad projektowania z komuny. Geometryczne wzory połączone betonem. Foto nr. 2 to nowoczesność. Jak widać na załączonym obrazku chociaż dzieciaki mają gdzie jeździć hulajnogami. Za moich czasów nie było gdzie jeździć deskorolką, bo chodniki z betonowych płyt miały progi na łączeniach, a polbruk układali na nowych chodnikach przy szkole.

Jak rozumiesz znaczenie placu miejskiego?
Kiedyś rynek czyli centralny punkt miasta z ratuszem miał bazar, zbiornik przeciwpożarowy (fontannę), ławeczki, przystanki autobusowe. Dzisiaj często niczego tam nie ma oprócz kostki brukowej. Problem z wodą polega na tym, że dawniej dążono do odwadniania terenów czy to w miastach czy to na wsi przez stosowanie drenaży i odpływów melioracyjnych. Dzisiaj dąży się do tego aby woda była zatrzymywana, bo ostatnie lata pokazały że mamy problem ze suszą a gdy przychodzą ulewy, to bardzo gwałtowne. Ziemia wysuszona na kamień nie przepuszcza wody, tworzą się powodzie błyskawiczne. Miasto to nie tylko rynek, a duża powierzchnia dachów i zabudowań, drogi, chodniki, parkingi…
