Kurwiłem kiedyś na tramadol że to gówno i czekam na generyki tapentadolu i postać do iniekcji iv ale ostatnio zmieniłem zdanie, na ból ostry, pooperacyjny czy ortopedia czy trzewny jest ok.

Daję często w miksie z metamizolem gram pyry gram poltramu w setce albo 250ml soli fizjologicznej.
