Unia Europejska wprowadziła kolejna dyrektywę dla gojostwa
Od 2028 wszystkie budynki publiczne będą musiały być zero emisyjne, w 2030 dyrektywa rozszerzy się na budynki mieszkalne. Kara za niedostosowanie budynku do wymogów UE będzie taka że budynku nie będzie można ani wynająć ani sprzedać, dodatkowo właściciel będzie płacił podatek ETS oraz jednorazowo gigantyczny podatek węglowy. Oznacza to w praktyce tyle że wszystkie budynki będą musiały być przystosowane do norm unijnych. Budynek otrzyma swoją klasyfikacje energetyczną jak lodówka w sklepie AGD a koszt modernizacji obecnych rozwiązań będzie rozpoczynał się od 200 000 zł w górę. Oznacza to tyle że gojoswo będzie mieszkało pod mostem albo w komorach dwa na dwa i wpierdalało robale bo na nic nie będzie stać goja jak będzie grzeczny to dostanie gojowe od państwa czy dochód podstawowy bo pracy będzie mógł powiedzieć papa bo roboty zastąpią pracę w kołchozie więc nic sobie nie kupisz.
