Właśnie biorę się za wykończenie niespełna 40 metrowego kwadratu w tej słynnej Warszawie.
Mieszkanie z miejscem postojowym i piwnicą za 320k kupione rok temu w trakcie budowy. Plus wykończenie i meble ~ 35k. Obecną wartość tego metrażu w tym miejscu to 400k może ze 20 więcej. Wynajem całości to 1,3k do ręki po opodatkowaniu. Ale nawet nie o to chodziło. Po prostu musiałem gdzieś utkąć zdewaluowane cybulanty. Poza tym mam dorastajacego syna, któremu chciałbym oszczędzić 30 lat płacenia haraczu wesołym kupcom
