Ziółka z herbapolu to protip. Kupujesz sobie zieloną herbatę za 6 blach (też herbapol może być) i na 1.5l wpierdalasz dwie torebki mięty i 2 łyżki herbatki i masz pieniądz pićku. Możesz to parzyć dwa razy, ja zwykle dodaję jedną torebkę i jedną łyżkę suszu.
Przyprawy w stylu imbir, cynamon, różne owoce to protipy. Świetnie działa czarna herbata z cynamonem i suszonym jabłkiem, pewnie jak miodu dokurwisz to cymes szalom [czesc]
