chyba lepiej na infolinii bo nikt nie wróci z reklamacją/kimś mądrzejszym, że go 'naciągnąłem'
w polsacie/plusie wymagają działalności z tego co widze, pracuje ktoś tak? ile sie wyciaga i sa duze naciski na podnoszenie arpu

Callcenter to największy kołchoz pod słońcem gdzie traktują cię gorzej niż murzyna na plantacji. Wszędzie sprawdzana jest efektywność z której wyliczane są bonusy bo podstawa to najczęściej minimalna krajowa. Twój kapo ciągle czuwa żebyś był aktywny i na linii. Jak nie masz wyników albo robisz za długie przerwy (więcej niż 20 min na 8 godzin pracy) to szybko się ciebie zastępuje następnym frajerem. Dodatkowo praca na tak zwanym open space, współdzielenie sprzętu i biurek z innymi osobami, praktycznie obowiązkowa praca w soboty albo dyżury nocne i niedzielne jak robisz na infolinii jakiegoś PZU czy innego ubezpieczyciela. Dodatkowo użeranie się z januszami i prowansalami po drugiej stronie słuchawki. Najgorsza praca jaką miałem.

call center zdecydowanie nie dla anona spierdona, próbowałem i było kurwa okropnie, tak naprawde jedynie kiedy jakoś mi szło to ostatni tydzień przed ujebaniem godzin za chujowe wyniki kiedy robiłem se jajca i miałem wyjebane na tych dziadów
wniosek jest taki że jak traktujesz to jak poważny biznes to anon sie stresuje a klient podświadomie czuje bete i każe spierdalać
