pisałem że że tam było 15 tabletek po 0,25mg afobamu, zjadłem jedną na próbe czy nic sie nie stanie, potem 4 na to szkolenie i działało tak jakbym chciał, byłem spokojny i wyciszony a przy okazji nie miałem żadnych problemów z mową czy równowagą wiec chyba nie wziąłem zbyt duzo.

powiedziałem że mam teraz stresujący okres bo pisanie magisterskiej i czasem jak wyzwanie mnie przerasta nie umiem zapanować nad lękiem, mętlik w głowie i obgryzione paznokcie. Dodałem, że mame dała mi kiedyś w takim stanie klona i pomogło, na co psychiatra wypisał mi alprę, żeby mnie nie zamulało
finalnie i tak wolę klony bo jest przyjemniej, działa dłużej więc mniejszy potencjał wpierdolenia się i nie ma problemu ze skupieniem. Biorę sobie średnio raz na tydzień 0,5 mg i fajnie jest dla mnie
