jakby to było karalne, to by te wszystkie kurewki nic nie robiły, tylko pozwy składały i wygrywały

ich wizerunek nie jest wykorzystywany komercyjnie

to nie jest ich ciało, więc nie jest naruszenie ich prywatności

to sztuka - nie ma znaczenia, czy ktoś je narysował z pamięci, ze zdjęcia, skomponował zdjęcia, czy narysował patyczaka i podpisał "dana celebrytka" - nie można tego zabronić, bo nikogo to nie krzywdzi

a wizerunki ich twarzy jest publicznie dostępny dzięki agencjom publicystycznym, albo były sfotografowane na przestrzeni publicznej

Prorok już to sobie podciągnie pod art. 190a § 2 k.k., art. 191a § 1 k.k., , zależenie od okoliczności, a zawsze "wklejony" będzie mógł dojechać z art. 212 § 2 k.k. lub art. 216 § 2 k.k., nie wspominając o naruszeniu dóbr osobistych z kodeksu cywilnego. Lepiej nie rób anon.
