Pretty much only one person bought the damn thing so it was mandatory for the server to allow for pirates. Also 8kunt is dead so you're better off gathering interest among the webring.

The skills are now a calorie reducing mechanic, it does not affect efficiency anymore. You need to craft workstation mods to get the efficiency bonuses, and those will be unlocking slowly as the civilization progresses
All workstation jobs now cost calories, so you need more food from start to end of the game. You can sell your 'calories' as 'specialized labor' if you got the skills
