Etrian Odyssey is a weird case because the lead artist also makes/made h-manga and a couple h-games. EO series is almost entirely not lewd, but you can see his tastes reflected in some of the art.
One of the EO4 dancer portraits might be the best example of this, at the low resolution of the 3DS she's just a girl in a skimpy outfit, but when you see the same art at max resolution, you can clearly see erect nipples as well as what might be a cameltoe.

I would say Rumble Roses but it seems like you're leaning towards anime on the lewd aspect. I still think it's better than Dead or Alive which seems to want to be a gacha game but settles on being a microtransaction extortion center where you have to pay at the minimum $2,000 to get all the cosmetics, outfits and even hair that the game offers.

In regard to senran kagura, I feel this only applies to the first game. Where one of the focuses was to have a story and characters with motivations with explanations for the setting and the lewd, for example the reason why the clothing gets destroyed is because they are cutting each other up with sharp weapons.Then as it slowly grew to be a giant cashcow it became a hollow version of itself, like some shitty call of titty annual series.

Vanguard Princess is my personal pick for best game of all time, and it's freeware to boot. It's a fighting game where you control two characters at the same time, which is hectic and hilarious and fun and awesome. The character designs are just fantastic. Due to the whole 2-on-2 aspect of the game, it's a terrible choice to be the first fighting game you play though. I'd recommend starting with Third Strike or King of Fighters XIII, both of which also have amazing looking female characters.
Another strong pick for best game ever that also has lewd content is God Hand. If you want the package deal of tight gameplay, interesting strategic choices, a fun story, and gratuitous cheesecake, there's no better option. The difficulty slider, probably the best individual system of any video game, means that God Hand is always the perfect challenge for you no matter your skill level.
If you have a long-seated fetish for the Mario Princesses, Mario Kart Wii is perfect for you. You get to spend the whole game watching them bounce up and down on their bike in skintight jumpsuits. Free tip to make it the most fun racing game ever: use the Mach Bike or the Flame Runner. Also, if you have a memory card, you can upgrade the game to CTGP-R for free, which adds in over 200 more tracks.
If you want a lewd RPG, there's no better possible choice than TOKYO天魔. It's a traditional Wizardry-style dungeon crawler, but with hundreds of unique characters, all of which are sexy demonesses. The game started out as a one of those DMM/Nutaku mobile-game esque gacha grindathons, but when the service ended it was reborn from the ashes as a tradionial, legitimate, challenging RPG. The game comes packaged with a visual novel; you use passwords from the game to unlock H-scenes in the VN. To my knowledge, it's currently untranstlated.
Lightning Returns is the ultimate game for armpit fetishists or anyone who likes their action RPGs to be masochistically, soul-crushingly difficult. It combines Paper Mario style secret hunting and God Hand style combat with the most punishing time limit of any game. Be prepared to get a game over and be prepared to have to start the whole game over when you do. Two big thumbs up from me! You don't have to play any other Final Fantasy games to jump into it.
I recently started Gal Gun 2. It's the perfect FPS for people who like the gameplay of FPS but don't like killing a fascimile of a person. I'd say it's worth it for that alone even if you aren't into the whole anime tiddy thing.
Some other games I'm currently in the thick of are:
Project X Zone, a casual quasi-RPG with a bunch of Namco/Capcom/Sega characters, skimpy outfits, and innuendo;
The Third Birthday, a weird strategy game that uses a third-person shooter's engine and is about a teenage girl possessing people while wearing cute outfits;
Musou Stars, a beat-em-up with Dead or Alive/Rio Rainbow Gate/Atelier characters and ludicrous challenge on the highest difficulty;
Peach Ball, the Senran Kagura pinball game;
Magical Drop III, a versus puzzler with tons of tiddy (get the Japanese version, you'll thank me);
Lollipop Chainsaw, a cheerleader zombie killing game with ridiculously long levels;
Mahjong Dream Club, the best riichi mahjong game of all time;
And the Cardfight Vanguard 3DS games, which are trading card games with tons of sexy dark elves and adorable mermaids.
I've been doing some lewd modding as well, particularly Project M and Darkest Dungeon.
I'd also recommend checking out Alicesoft's Rance series, which does have sex but has tons of great gameplay and heartbreaking story too, especially 5D, VI and Sengoku.
My hunt for Lewd Gaming is unending. My Thirst is unquenchable.

Its good fun If you enjoy the typical survival gameplay loop of getting materials to make better things to get better materials and having to make your own fun beyond that. I wouldn't get it for the lewdity any more than I would get rust for the lewdity though, its just arbitrarily there.

I only have played doa extreme 1 on the og xbox. It's very basic. you only use 2 buttons and a left analouge. Whole gameplay revolves around good position and timing your spikes and passes. Like how close the ball is your characters and push the button at the right time.
