Already he’s infected with foreign DNA and is likely tripping the fuck out because of an infection, pretty much explains everything, infections that reach the brain can alter how a person thinks, it can even cause megalomania and change how a person speaks, in some cases a person’s words are disconnected and off like Sepiroth’s dialogue.
On top of that, he suffered from knowledge of a huge betrayal on Shinra’s part when he read into the ancients in Nibelheim, which conflicted with his core beliefs of being a hero for Shinra, when in fact he was assisting their ongoing oppression. Being what’s essentially a glorified attack dog he attacked the reactor in Nibelheim and took in Jenova cells, which increase physical and magical power, presumably because he was going to take on Shinra afterwards. What he didn’t predict was that Jenova was a sentient virus instead of a mere power booster, and his whole purpose got turned from revenge into a puppet of Jenova. It’s explicitly stated in the original game that Sephiroth isn’t even aware of himself and only acknowledges himself as Sephiroth because of a superficial part of his mind that still has his identity.
Basically he’s permatripping on Jenova cells the entire game.

Cloud got the SOLDIER treatment as a young adult with a sense self and even he suffered strong brain damage and a breakdown of his psyche which took years to heal on top of direct aid from the lifestream and a mental tether to his past in the form of his love for Tifa. Sephiroth had none of those things and got a much more radical form of the SOLDIER treatment in the womb to the point that drastically altered his physiology to be more like that of JENOVA. Now that I think about it… Sephiroth might actually be completely normal given his bio-makeup, JENOVA is a planet eating space monster why would her physiology or the physiology of her offspring be like that of a human? From what we see Sephiroth behaves like you would expect from the son of a planet eating space monster woman.

I hope everyone realizes that they turned this "remake" into Kingdom Hearts but with the Arbiters of Fate instead of the heartless. The people who praised this first part are about to get a big dose of nonsensical garbage if Nomura continues on this path. I wouldn't be surprised if Sephiroth starts talking about hearts with Cloud since they both have appeared in the Kingdom Hearts games prior. Just imagine that Sora is running around in the background but you can't see them since this is Kingdom Hearts but based on the Final Fantasy side of the game and it makes sense. I hope those people who insist this is a remake, when by definition it clearly isn't, get a big steaming pile of shit equal to the Last of Us 2 leaks.

Well, it looks like we're getting the rest of the parts much quicker than expected. Source is an ultimania guide that someone translated, it looks like there are going to be tons of parts, shorter than this "remake" but coming out much quicker than what one would expect. The initial thought is 4 parts total and maybe a 3-4 year gap between each release but this sounds like they might go for a 1~2 year gap depending on how short compared to this main game is. They also backtracked saying that there wasn't going to be many changes to the game, even thought they introduced time ghosts into it and defying fate at the end of this game. They are pulling a Final Fantasy IV: After Years and going to release them in Expansion chunks. I'm guessing the game sales weren't too stellar since they look like they aren't going to go full Kingdom Hearts.

If you're willing to go by Crisis Core's story, the S-cells are the perfect bonding of Jenova cells, mako and an exceptional specimen how the fuck that came from Hojo's loins is a motherfucking mystery, despite Lucrecia being so beautiful and talented and the G-cells are the ones that cause an individual to have their cells break down, get monster forms because Jenova overrides their genetic code, permatrip after a certain point in their life and act as behavioural drugs.

Close. He got the Sephiroth Copy treatment by Hojo which is partially what left him in a vegetative state because he couldn't handle all that mako. The Sephiroth Copies we seen in OG FFVII are basically rando niggers that get called for experiments(or kidnapped?), get injected with Sephiroth's cells and tons of mako and then let loose. Those who continue their life normally are successes according to Hojo. Assuming they got mako as well, I guess they could train enough to become superhuman seeing the kind of physical and mental boost mako can give once you pump it.
It's also why Cloud worked in the OG as a main character in terms of stat growth and power, despite being supposedly so weak. The entire game would have been akin to him going through harsh SOLDIER training as 3C faggot to a bona fide 1 Class.

Sephiroth started reading the books in nibelheim mansions basement and mistakenly assumed that Jenova was an Ancient, he also mistakenly assumed that "Jenova" was his mother because thats what Hojo documented even though he was born out of Lucrecia and Hojo's relationship.
Hojo simply put the cells of the fucking space parasite in him to turn him into a supersoldier, sephiroth was so misinformed its almost sad, by the end of the game its too late, sephiroth is fully convinced of hojo's lies and wants to reclaim the planet for jenova who is just gonna absorb all the energy and then shoot herself into space with the force of the planets explosion to do it all over again in another planet.
