<Just a few of the dozens of games that I have with online multiplayer, yet have never seen anyone playing them.
I doubt that it has to do with "bad quality", because some of these games were highly praised and remembered, but why is it that there's so few playing these games?

NWN1 and 2 still have a few hundreds of people actively playing, so if you like /tg/-style roleplaying, give it a go. Movie Battles mod for Jedi Academy is still active and updated, not sure about vanilla since gamespy died. Generally if you want to play old games online, download Gameranger, it has had a spike of activity lately.
