Echidna Wars DX is pretty good, but it's voreshit, and there was another game I played called Pregnant Princess of Naraku (Naedoko Demons Ground Ver1.12), but it's your average RPG Maker game, for it was okay for what it was.

There're quite a lot of "average RPG maker games that are okay for what they are" out there even though that's an oxymoron. The lion's share of them just never get translated into English. And it's the porn that makes them average rather than that gameplay, I think, which is pretty much always either uninspired or needlessly complicated. They don't ever seem to strike a good balance. I don't have any recommendations, though, because porn's the only thing that actually keeps me playing a porn game. The last one I even really played rather than just cheated along through was Flying Princess Interbreed, that angry birds clone.

I don't know how I forgot about those games. I don't really enjoy the gameplay of the RePure games much. It just feels too restrictive and story-driven to be a comfy metroidvania experience. Limu, though, is a terrific game and good as a porn game, too. The character-change mechanic was much more interesting to me than the single-character-but-swapping mechanic of the RePure games. Not really, considering it only loads one lot at a time. TS3 runs surprisingly well for loading in the whole neighborhood at once.

If you like Sengoku Rance, I'd recommend Big Bang Age (also by Alicesoft), which has similar gameplay, or Kichikuou Rance for a more primitive version of a game with the same kinds of world conquest/strategic considerations. If you're still not satisfied with conquest after that, I'd recommend the non-Alicesoft games Eiyu*Senki – The World Conquest or Koihime Musou.

I'll second >>16898137's endorsement of Kamidori. The gameplay is a bit of an acquired taste, but by the end of the first chapter you should get a feel for it.

Violated Heroine will never be complete, but it's the best RPG maker game out there. It's an ARPG, so combat feels like less of a complete afterthought than usual. It is porn-driven rather than gameplay driven, so expect to be fucked a lot whether you like it or not.

As far as more traditional JRPGs go, I'll recommend the Monster Girl Quest series. It's probably the best balanced and most fun of that category.

There are a handful of Castlevania clones that may be worth a look. I can't remember how they compare to each other, so you're on your own in that regard. I'll name Nightmare Sphere, Unholy Sanctuary, Demon's Sperm, and Guilty Hell: White Goddess and the City of Zombies. I have played the last one recently enough, so I'll say that it's probably the best of the bunch, but check them all out.

Imperial Gatekeeper is fantasy porn Papers Please. If you liked that game, you'll like Imperial Gatekeeper.

Before 8chan went down, there was a MUGEN-based "game" on /hgg/ called Queen of Fighters with a pretty spectacular roster. Some of the male characters have attacks where they can rape their female opponents if executed properly. The female roster in the game is pretty expansive if you have all the packs.

Finally, it's more of a casual game, but Illusion's Artificial Academy games are pretty good fun because you can see just what a clusterfuck 24-or-so AIs (plus you!) can create when personality types clash.

The Last Sovereign. It's a RPG Maker game, but the combat is as good as it gets for that style of game. There's some hardcore income/investment management, too. The characters are absolutely amazing, the story is better than most novels/movies/TV shows/games I've experienced, the story telling is great, the world building is sublime, the pacing is great, the jokes made me laugh out loud multiple times, music is good, sprite art is acceptable but the character art is good.

That scene is treated as tragic (sad music in the background and upon discovering it, Rance gets pissed off and murders the immediate perpetrators) and Rance really didn't want to fuck Kouhime, but he did want to wait until she was old enough. I think at a few different levels it doesn't technically qualify as NTR, and it isn't gratuitous. It's pretty vital to the plot of the main story. It is unavoidable on your first playthrough, but subsequent playhroughs feature a "kill the monkey" route where you can stop the Demon King from resurrecting before he has a chance to start, which prevents that scene.

Kamidori is a TRPG. One of the weakest aspects of the game is the whole shop management/alchemy part. You have infinite time to gather infinite resources to craft infinite stuff to make infinite money to buy as many consumables as you want. And there's no meaningful consumable limit that you can bring to any particular battle. Any good alchemy and/or shop management game requires some sort of limit to its system to prevent abuse. Look at Morrowind's alchemy to see how bad things can get.
