Anyone else here tried robbit mon dieu aka. Jumping flash 3? My god this is a terrible game. All the fun of game 1 and 2 is gone (giant levels with a lot of vertical focus.) instead, every level is like a mini mission on a tiny stage. The first level for instance has you taking a little girl to her home which is seriously like 10 feet away, which easily can be finished in under 30 seconds. In general, the whole game feels like one big tutorial. I would actually recommend people play it in order to see how to NOT make a sequel (it's Japanese only, but perfectly playable for non-japanese.)

No. It's actually an improvement in terms of gameplay from the original (minus the smaller battlefields divided into areas, but even those are better) and it has a co-op mode too which is pretty fun.
The reused areas (third game fixes this) and much worse graphics hurt me a lot, but it was hardly unplayable.

It did do some nice things, like introducing the fights with mechas and some other stuff but it wasn't enough to salvage it. It's only worth playing through so you can get to 3 which is genuinely great.

It's only mistake was not being finished at all and needing copy paste missions for padding because it was so fucking ambitious it would take 10x the time it had to be actually finished
The fact that open spaces are not very good for stealth is very small compared to being cut short so abruptly

The first game was more or less a screensaver, the second game was too much Diablo for my taste and the third game brought the action into a smaller scale where you actually got to do stuff that had an impact. Plus one of the characters was pretty hot.
